Air Curtain Diagnostic Service

In the unlikely event that one of Powered Aire's air curtains stops functioning correctly, we offer an Air Curtain Diagnostic Service to have someone come out and troubleshoot and repair the unit.  To set this up, we would need a "not-to-exceed" purchase order for a predetermined amount.  Someone will usually come out to look at the air curtain within 48 hours.  If the service technician determines that it is going to cost more than the not-to-exceed amount to repair the unit, then the customer will be contacted with a detailed quotation.  If the air curtain is still under warranty then the parts will be covered and the only charge will be for the labor.  It is advantageous to use our service rather that a local electrician because our service technicians are experienced and well trained in troubleshooting our air curtains.  They will be able to diagnose and fix the problem much faster than someone who is not familiar with our units, reducing the overall cost.  Contact Powered Aire for more information.
