Why Make Up Air?

Innovative new fabric ductwork systems improve productivity.  Reduces cost of moving air when compared to sheet metal duct.

Purpose:
Polyethylene duct improves worker production and minimizes the warm or cold drafts of traditional air handling systems.  Polyethylene ducts attached to a distribution plenum of a cooling or heating unit are suspended from cables over the area to be cooled or heated.  Polyethylene ducts distribute the air evenly throughout the full length of the tubes.  Polyethylene ducts are available in lengths and configurations tailored to meet your special applications.

Eliminate Negative Air Pressure:
Select one of our model MAF fans, size accordingly to cubic feet per minute (CFM) required.  Select the diameter and length of tube needed to match fan.  Fresh make up air is brought into the building with the MAF fan.  The air is forced into the building through a distribution duct that blends cool outside air with the heat that naturally accumulates at the ceiling.  Therefore the stratified heat is saved and reused rather than lost.

-   Moving air from cooling or heating unit.
-   Moving air from one location to another.
-   Relieving negative air pressure.
-   Model MAF fan and make up air tubes can use process heat that is normally wasted to temper incoming makeup air
